      Reads funny..

Rams looked sloppy. Bills were sloppy too but Rams couldn’t do anything with the turnovers.

It's all McVey's fault. He obviously couldn't prepare his team for this game and he doesn't even wear "shades"

        Fire him now

Again, nice "Idiot Savant" post, Taz. You wanted to play in the majors.
Aside from me and any other PS members unknown to me, here's your big opportunity.

[Idiot Savant definition:A person who exhibits an extraordinary ability in one subject (often mathematics) whilst being mentally retarded in all other fields. A mentally challenged person who is very gifted in one area of activity, e.g. the piano. This condition is associated with autism.]

Taz, "Cruel but fair" implies candor regardless of person or situation. Candor often leads to improved performance and an attitude change. It doesn't always work. I'm not the Last Word but I seem to be your only hope at PS.

Rams looked exactly as you might expect for a team that doesn't play any starters in the preseason. They'll get there but it will take a few weeks. Bills on the other hand looked ready for championship play in Wk1.

Watching those DLs I am fearing for the Steeler QBs lives. We may need all three this season. (did they also sign back Oladokun to the PS?...might need him too.)

For all my "OT" posts, I've posted this same tribute to Mike Tomlin's genius for Appearance Over Substance from the beginning.

But it keeps the Rooneys rich just as it kept P.T. Barnum rich.

My take is the Rams look like a team that is still partying after the super bowl win. The Bills have a focus to them. Josh Allen played phenomenally well. On interception was not his fault. His command in the huddle, laser arm, and size / running ability are in a word great. Looks like the MVP. Buffalo just went on the road and blew out last years champs. Impressive.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

The Rams fought hard but they didn't execute well enough. The Rams had their share of opportunities. I believe Ramsey gave up at least 2 TDs with his poor decision making.

Bills played on a different level, and their Dline was dominant. Only Kupp showed up for the Rams.

Just like when they had Goff though...when the Rams lose it's because of the players. When the Steelers lose it's because of the coach.

I'm also afraid for our QBs. Maybe the reason we didn't start Kenny is that we don't expect the day 1 starter to "survive" the season.

Hmmmm... Maybe you didn't learn this, but the LEADING team is usually mentioned when you are giving the score.... unless you acknowledge that a team is LOSING with words like "are behind" or, "The Rams are LOSING..." So I don't know if you're trying to spin it to point at in the future, or if you just think people are that dumb.... For the record, the BILLS won, 31-10, preserving Buffalo Bills WR coach Chad Hall's (and brother of Matthew Stafford...) over .500 record... Aren't pronouns great???

yeah, its hard to be up for the first game of a new season after winning a SB. Especially when Stafford has been limited with that elbow.

Bills are on a mission and still fuming from last year. I wouldn’t put to much stock into the first game though, its a long season.

One thing I will say is Von Miller isn’t done. Dude is off to a nice start and maybe that contract is justified, I truly thought he was long in the tooth for a contract that big.

Mcvey took responsibility for the loss. He said it's on me. Tomlin never says this. Not once in 15 years. One of the differences between the two men.
