BTW you mentioned Kamara. What NO is doing with the position is EXACTLY what I would like to see us do. More platooning.
This is the problem, Kamara is on a rookie deal, when it comes time for him to get paid he has to walk. NO is not going pay him big money to be a platoon back. If he leaves your saying they just plug another rookie in and they dont miss a beat and i say thats BS. I think you are grossly understating the value of the top playmakers at the position.

they drafted kamara in the 3rd round and plugged him in. why wouldnt they feel like they could do that again with another RB?

you also say once he is off his rookie deal, he has to walk. if he is that valuable why would NO let him get away?

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

As much as the Steelers needed Ben’s 9 completions and 22.6 passer rating to win XL...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

                You make my point Slappy.
That happens when your DEFENSE is on point.

Ditto when Peyton’s Broncos won it all.

Welcome to the new or recent NFL. Several of the best statistical defenses gave up a lot of points in the post season.

We also scored 42 points against the top defense.

Tom Brady threw for 500+ yards in the SB and lost...was Philly’s D “on point”?

Speaking of points, what is yours, again? You’re meandering...

Steelers' fans overwhelmingly support pulling franchise tag off Le'Veon Bell

                                By: Curt Popejoy

Pittsburgh Steelers’ fans have spoken and they have made it clear. If running back Le’Veon Bell doesn’t show up to training camp, they support the front office rescinding the franchise tag.

We published a poll last week making the case that if he doesn’t show up it would make more sense to not keep the tag on. And the results of the poll were fascinating.

There will be plenty of people comment that pulling Bell’s tag is a bad idea, but the overwhelming majority don’t feel like what Bell brings to the table is worth the headache if he doesn’t show up to training camp.

The Steelers are going to have some decisions to make at running back whether Bell shows up or not. Looking to next season, there are some really talented guys on the roster and Pittsburgh should focus some energy on seeing there’s enough talent on the roster going into the next offseason.
