Le'Veon Bell (ribs, illness) will remain a limited participant at Friday's practice.
Bell could draw the questionable tag for Sunday's game, though we'd expect to see him in uniform at Washington. Ranked dead-last in yards per carry among qualified rushers (3.1 yards per attempt), Bell's debut season in East Rutherford has largely been a train wreck, though a bounce-back game could be in order against an inept Redskins run defense (allowing fifth-most rushing yards per game).

I think what hes saying is.. the "Suck" began before the illness and bruised ribs... but those only add to the woes....
9 or 10 games with a fired GM is too quick for me to judge, though

Just looked at Bell's stats for the season. Thus far, he has yet to come anywhere close to 100 yards rushing. His best output is 15 for 70. Jets have 3 wins so its not like they arent a competitive team.

Special with a HoF QB and the supporting cast, especially the Off Line.

A rare few of these guys are special at any level trying to do it on their own. Bell got money which is likely all he was really interested in but likely cost himself a chance at the Hall of Fame.

I think the decline was in progress in his last year with us. But he was great at his peak.

Who knows how much a year off hurt his ability.

I don't think Bell is the answer, but I wish we had an elite back with Rudolph on the field. Not a luxury we can afford until Ben's off the books though.
