i know one new member (long time lurker) who thinks Bell is going to get Gurley money and then some... and thinks hes worth it nonetheless.
apparently teams are lining up to throw their bids in for the troubled star. Lets see whos willing to "Back up the brinks truck" lol

Oh..they are going to throw a contract at him. But from the idiot teams, only the Jets & 49ers have the cash now to offer him 14mil a year or more and the Jets have their eye on Tevin Coleman.

Notice how Tevin Coleman is laying in the cut? He's going to come a lot cheaper then Bell with less mileage too. But with a similar skill set. Not to mention, there's still the draft where good to great runningbacks can be had in the second rounds or later.

oh yeah..there are six teams. But again, how many of them have the cap space? And let's say he holds out a bit to after the draft. Half of those teams are going to fill their runningback need through the draft. And then Coleman is going to take another job away. How many are left then?

The money being thrown around in FA is crazy. Sure the RB position has been somewhat devalued, but with crazy money being spent, someone is going to pay Bell big! Will he recoup the $14.5M he gave up last year? Most likely not. But he'll cash in some serious guaranteed money, which he'll use to justify the past year and a half.

If he signed with us he wouldn’t see half of that contract money. We would move him in a few years to save money. Once you factor in guaranteed money it’s probably a wash. Even if it’s slightly less than the missed year he stuck to his guns and won the FA lottery.

Alot of teams are " interested " in a talented RB...But I think when a repeat drug offender, with a ton of mileage, and some major injuries asks for the moon...Some will back out...Maybe a lot
