I've watched Jones play every time he's started and he's looked awful waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more then he's looked "competitive". Pulling out isolated moments over the multitude of awful moments is just further proof of that.

I'm ready to see what Mettenberger has to offer at this point. Jones doesn't offer him that much competition. Mettenberger three years ago when he started for the Titans against us showed more playing making ability then Landry Jones has shown in his entire career.

Jones has been awful most of the time he's played. We can do better.

So the fact that Landry Jones threw an 8 yard TD to Bryant AND an 88 yard TD to Bryant, against a secondary featuring the likes of Patrick Peterson, Tyrann Mathieu, Tony Jefferson, and Deone Buchanon is supposed to convince us all that Landry simply cannot compete against credible NFL teams?
