Right. Some of us have been saying it all along that it was mostly an OL issue. Both backs are looking terrific and this is a great thing for the Steelers.

Both backs are running hard and being productive. It?s a good situation for the Steelers and fans. But please dont let facts get in the way of chest beating and dressing down the community.
funny how good Harris looks when he isn?t hit 2 yards in the backfield.

Najee is going to stay listed as starting RB to save face. Warren is going to keep getting more & more carries. The whole point of this thread is Warren has outperformed Najee this season on the football field, AS JOEL PREDICTED. Everrybody that talks like crazy on here but never gets much correct is jealous.....Nuff said!

As one who teases Joel plenty, I never said Najee was better.

That said, has his POV really been vindicated? Did HE see Warren as being the answer, or just preferable to Najee who he insisted was terrible?

He said we SHOULD DRAFT A RUNNING BACK IN THE FIRST TO REPLACE BOTH.

I would suggest those of US who liked BOTH BACKS and said the problem WAS ALWAYS blocking are the ones who have been vindicated.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

Exactly. They don't want to give it up to Joel. He saw it a long time ago.

Yeah...you, me and some others did mention that OL played a lot into how both RB's looked. But after they both started gaining some traction, Warren has looked to be the better, more explosive of the two. I've seen several articles across the football world stating the same thing from people who have no dog in the fight. It's great we have a 1-2 punch to help KP as much as possible. That is the most important thing.

                    Really?
From the month of AUGUST before seasons start my reply to Joel:

I too believe Warren might be the better back.

While I am not near as down on Najee as you are, I REALLY LIKE Warren too. It would not shock me one bit if Warren winds up the better player.

I also agree that IF this is the case, the change will be delayed. In fact it is for this reason that I kind of doubt it will happen at all THIS season unless Najee gets hurt and Warren is killing it without Najee.

Not just Rooney but I do think Tomlin REALLY LIKES Najee a lot.

I dont like droning on and on negativity about Najee on the daily. I am HOPEFUL and believe the offensive line will make a noticeable difference in Najees game. I think both guys can thrive together.

But I am not sold on the idea that Najee is better.
I absolutely gave Joel deserved props in AUGUST. I saw what he saw myself LAST SEASON, just that I do not spend months whining about it.

As you can see I just dont need a cheerleader to tell me I need to do it.

Now how bout you read MY take above and tell me who looks MORE RIGHT, Joel who implied Najee is nothing but a garbage slug, and we should draft a runningback in the first?

Or the guy who said BOTH would thrive once blocking got fixed.

(Oh wait, I forgot, Maniac is scared to even open my posts for fear of this kind of humiliation).

Joel said it all along over a year ago and he was insulted, and received a ton of backlash for saying what has been proven to be true. Congrats to you Joel. I know the posters around here who insulted you for the longest about this won't be man enough to come back and apologize..........but I'll give you your proper due. Great call. You know your stuff!!!
this is why my ?bet? proposal to Joel was for about half the season. LMAO

I TRIED to get him out of here yall

it wont matter. As soon as Warren get a touch the campaign for why he is so much better begins in the game chat.

Najee has a run for 20 yards and its crickets.

Warren has a 7 yard run and its “Warren is outplaying Najee”

                              the agenda is strong.
