Yes, we're retooling. Rebuild means trading expensive older stars for picks. Rebuild means not signing a former 2nd pick overall QB to play instead of the rookie. Rebuild means firing bad assistants, not standing pat.

Teams starting a rebuild don't have three players on D taking $70M of cap space, 2 on the back half of their careers.

I get Cam being on the back half of his career, but otherwise, I'm trying to figure which other player is on the back half of their career...
