but they bounced back nicely by selecting TE Isaiah Likely, who caught the TD pass against the Saints and has looked very good so far.

          - Coaching - I'm shocked we ever win games vs. Harbaugh. He tends to gamble a bit much, but he's solid. You don't hear of sloppy practices and grabbing @ss on his team. And his Ds are always tough even when suffering massive injuries.

          - OL - You don't hear excuses coming out of Balt. as to why their OL is so weak, that because it rarely is. Once Again, this year, they have managed to put together a solid OL once again. Pgh? We are still one of the very worst in the NFL. But we have plenty of excuses.

          - Running game - Sure, LJ adds to their rushing #s, but don't get it twisted: Balt. is still one of the best rushing teams with conventional rushing with running backs, no matter who it is back there. They are a joy to watch, with the OL blowing out huge holes and the RB finding them. Why can't Pgh do that? Inferior OL AND running backs, or at least the RBs they choose to hand the ball to. OH, and they have a scheme that actually works, don't forget that.

There was a day when our clashes with the Ravens were legendary, as the teams were built so similar. Now only one team is built on such a solid basis, the other is a fart in the wind. A Cool Shades fart: full of dancing to hip hop in the locker room, but short on discipline all the way around.
You are hopeless dude. If you were a Ravens fan, you'd have been crying this same song about the Steelers for the past decade. Your assertion is being completely dismantled by more level-headed posters in this thread, so there's no need to point out just how ridiculous it is.

With Baltimore’s 27-13 win Monday night, the Ravens became the first team since the 2011 Packers to hold a double-digit lead in each of their first nine games.

Get that shizznit outta here... Since you have no credibility, you have nothing to strain, but clearly you are delusional:

Harbaugh is a terrible coach... I mean going for two is aggressive at home, but loopy on the road...
The OL is not a real issue... It WAS a big problem last season when they were relatively new to the NFL... this season it's something whiny critics fall back on...
We've seen that when running backs (like Warren) hit the holes quickly that the holes are there...
The Baltimorons are a slog of a game to watch. The Baltimorons ARE closer, geographically, to Joe Biden, and he WAS referred to as "Cool Shades" by the Secret Service when he was a candidate, and farting in the wind IS a thing for him... but I fail to see his relevance, here...

Between the coaches, the players who start on the OL, and Defense and even the special teams how many of our guys would you take over theirs? This is a serious question. I'll answer maybe just four of 20+. They are Watt, Heyward, Fitz, and I reach with Jack. Not one of Tomlin's coaches or anyone on the OL! We are the far away. Honest replies only!

@Feltdizz, Hawaiian, and the rest of the board.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

yeah, I’m almost at that point. These folks wake up and blame Tomlin before getting out of bed.

but its funny to show actual evidence that shows how bias they are when it comes to the Steelers.

better record, more playoff appearances, more division titles..

But they are better the last 10 years because we are 2-6 the first year without Ben? lmao

I don’t know their roster that well to pick but I would bet we have better WR’s and they have better DB’s.

No idea on their DL. Their OL was terrible
                      last year, better this year..

but I think a lot of their success on the ground is directly tied to Lamar. Most people are weird about the Ravens. They hate the QB but really like the coaching and the roster.. yet its the QB that makes this team go for the most part.

and how many leads has this Raven team squandered in the 4th quarter this year?

Directly contributed to by their QB; if he keeps scoring, how can their opponent catch up? They can't, unless their QB turns to chum.

                              or their defense makes stops?

Not saying Lamar doesn’t deserve blame for some of those losses but its also not kicking FG’a and the DB’s getting torched in the second half.

Their pass defense was suspect early on the year too.
