Brown got too pelvic. Play it in slow motion, and you can see where he goes over the line/boundary. This is Brown's way of protesting, ala Kapernick.
AB's "dancing" penalty was for what exactly?

"Clarification of Rule 47.3.02, 'Excessive Celebration': Two major pelvic thrusts are acceptable, or one major and two minor thrusts. But three major pelvic thrusts shall be penalized, as shall any combination of major and minor pelvic thrusts that totals four or more. Classification of pelvic thrust intensity (i.e., as major vs. minor) shall not challengable or reviewable, however the total number of thrusts shall be. By rule, Pittsburgh Steelers players shall have one less allowable thrust (major or minor) allowed than other teams."
You forgot the "where a major pelvic thrust shall be defined as any forward and backward motion of the pelvic region exceeding six inches in range, whereas a minor pelvic thrust shall be defined as a similar motion of six inches or less"
Gotta be precise.Comment

I rewatched the game. His celebration was so fast, you'd have to watch it in slow motion in order to be offended. Thankfully, NBC did that...
I still have no idea how that could be a penalty unless there was a directive to crackdown on Brown after last season...Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.Comment

It's still messed up that the refs penalized the celebration, and then the league celebrated this supposedly vile, obscene celebration on the official NFL twitter account. It's not quite the same as the league selling bone crushing hit videos while supposedly trying to eliminate concussions from the game, but it's in the same hypocritical ballpark.Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

But yes, that was a glorious game against the Browns - Ben's first game back after a 4-game suspension (hypocritical NFL bogusosity again), big win, beautiful warm Sunday, and you were the Planet Steelers host for me and my son for a fantastic Steelers experience - good times!
We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!

I love how the NFL will call a 15 yard penalty based on some made-up, subjective criteria as to what is/is not risque and immediately follow it up with commercials for Viagra, then Cialis (if it last 4 hours or more call a Dr....), a promo for Lady Gaga in Daisy Dukes, followed by bringing it back to the game with a down-blouse or up-skirt shot of the cheerleaders.sigpicComment

I just saw an article that AB stated he will continue to "dry hump air" until there is justice in America. In his own twisted mind this is some sort of political statement.Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!
I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.Comment

Medical Miracle! Antonio Brown Gets Heinz Field Endzone Pregnant
Conor Armor
October 3, 2016
Antonio Brown’s steamy, thrusting touchdown celebrations may be causing consternation in the NFL offices, but the Steelers wide receiver has bigger things to worry about – like his half-man, half-grass unborn child.
That’s right: Antonio and the Heinz Field endzone are expecting!
“Was it planned? No, to tell the truth, it was not,” said Brown, feeding the endzone a warm cup of tea. “But I’m going to be the best father I can be.”
Pittsburgh-area scientists are calling the conception “unprecedented” and “frankly kind of gross.”
“We believe this miracle of sorts to be a product of Brown’s athletic and sexual prowess, paired with some seriously toxic sod,” said the poor scientist tasked with researching this anomaly. “As it turns out, over-sexualized touchdown celebrations really do have consequences.”
In an unfortunate yet equally incredible twist of fate, the NFL replay official tasked with watching Brown’s celebrations is also now pregnant.

NFL will send teams video clarifying unsportsmanlike conduct calls
Posted by Josh Alper on October 5, 2016, 11:39 AM EDT
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that he hoped the team could “get detailed clarity” on what will result in excessive celebration flags for wide receiver Antonio Brown after he received his second of the year in last Sunday’s game against the Chiefs.
Tomlin’s request comes after a weekend that also saw some question why Redskins cornerback Josh Norman was flagged for miming the shooting of a bow and arrow when other players have not been similarly penalized. Others have also questioned the rise in taunting calls — up 220 percent compared to the first four weeks of last season while all unsportsmanlike conduct penalties are up 56 percent, per ESPN — this season as the league’s decision to make it a point of emphasis has also seemed to stretch the definition of what qualifies as taunting.
During an appearance of NFL Network, NFL senior vice president of officiating Dean Blandino said that the league will send a video to the 32 teams in the near future in hopes of providing the kind of clarity that Tomlin was asking for.
“We certainly want the teams to have clarification and this isn’t a new issue,” Blandino said. “We’ve been dealing with this in the past. And so we’re going to send a tape out in the next week or so and clarify some of these things. But the key is if it’s a gesture that either mimics a violent act — that’s something with a firearm or a bow and arrow — or a sexually suggestive act, those are unsportsmanlike conduct. That’s … something that officials will flag. That’s direct from the competition committee and something that we’re going to try to be as consistent as possible.”
Blandino said the officials will not back off on the number of calls as the season progresses, which means players will have to adjust behaviors if they’re going to escape flags that could punish their teams at moments when things are going their way.

I saw that as well. A few years back Brett Kiesel was penalized after a sacking for simulating shooting a bow and arrow. The ref said simulating a weapon was a 15-yard penalty. However, I watched the Pack in week 1 and Arron Rogers threw a TD and then simulated shooting 6-guns. No penalty.NFL will send teams video clarifying unsportsmanlike conduct calls
