Actually Tony Dungy did also. It's the same type of jackass **** Haley has done here. For example: Ben lights up the Colts and Ravens, and then against the Jets Haley waits for 24 minutes of a 30 minute half to let Ben throw a pass longer than 7 yards against starting CB's with a combined SIX STARTS.

The turtle is when Ben would dominate early with Whiz and Arians, then they'd run, then LeBeau's overrated defense blows the lead, and then Ben saves LeBeau's ass. They even turtled with Arians, because preserving Dick LeBeau's reputation was the focal point.

The problem however, is when fans like you WANT the turtle. but also BLAME Arians for their "scoring rank".

Ben stopped being Superman, only when Haley arrived, because he takes the ball out of Ben's hands early, and actually creates less margin for error for him.

You will never like Haley regardless of how he calls games.

Incorrect, when Haley sticks with his three wides, stops the mass subbing after almost every play, stops the ridiculous infatuation with trying to show everyone how his cute little trick plays work? I have no issues with him.

But it doesn't happen nearly enough. He's wasted 4 years of Ben's career because HE wants to be the star of the show.

I'm also sure Ben's thrilled with Haley cutting him off at the knees to FOX Sports after BOTH Mike Vick and Markus Wheaton gave him credit for that big TD pass against the Chargers and calling him a "coach" on the sidelines, only to have Haley the next week try to give credit to DHB for the TD pass and then told Ben to "cut back" his involvement on the sidelines the next game against the Cardinals.

Like I said everyone here got what they wanted: Arians was fired, the two time accused rapist was swatted on the nose by his owner, and Todd Haley and his wonderful offense that features 330 pound tackles running pass patterns was brought in.

Teams win or lose, dude. You are the one who feels the need to always assign "credit" one way or another for every win or loss. Ben won this game. LeBeau lost that game. Arians deserves credit for this. Haley deserves blame for that. As a Steeler fan, I will continue to root for all of the Steeler players and coaches to succeed, rather than automatically assigning some the white hero hat all the time and others the black villain hat no matter what. But that's just me. And obviously not you.

Rankings dont win chips.. when the pressure is on does Haley deliver or do we see him fold? IMO far too often this offense hasnt come up big when we needed it the most.

And Ben is the one who gets blamed for it.

Haley runs the show, and he skates free. Just because of where he's from.
