Is that true? I'm fine extending him TBH, if we pay him for what he is potentially (out of 64 starting Corners: probably between 40-64). Allen's ceiling appears to be Deshea Townsend.

I didn't say he is or will become Deshea... only that was his ceiling (i.e. 10-year vet, borderline nickel/2nd CB, not a star). It is actually a pretty realistic projection.
