In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

    TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

Tomlin coached longer and had better players, more pro bowl players and hall of fame players...so.

Having said that, the questions were to Oviedo.

      Quick questions for Oviedo!

Who do you think had more talent , the Steelers or the Saints? I say the Steelers.

Follow up question. Which coach has a better record in the playoffs? Tomlin or Payton?

Thanks for playing. These question have more relevance than say which coach is better on the red flag, wouldn't you say?

I could ask which coach knows more about football, but I think I know you answer to that question.

It remains to be seen if you can answer the others.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

Suggest you take a look here to get "facts":

I started thinking about the recent comments Tomlin and Kahn made regarding the draft and the "Steelers system" they use in their approach. So if, in fact, they have a system how much influence does the GM, HC, or staff have when drafting players? And which regime did better at it? As a simple measure I looked at

Better players...proof that Tomlin is a better evaluator and developer of talent

Playoff record is directly related to playing in a tougher AFC where you don't make the play off with a losing record like in the NFC. Also directly related to Drew Brees being the better QB playing weaker teams. Brees made Payton. We are now seeing in Denver who the real payton is.
