Pair him with the worst coordinator in football.

Grab Mitch in free agency as the vet mentor.

Tell everyone they are not permitted to turn the ball over.

Complete waste of TWO seasons.

If you buy that narative, credit to them for going big to fix the mistakes instead of living with them

Basically, they gave KP to move up 22 spots from 4th round to 3rd round.

I think the Steelers want a QB in the first round. They hope their guy falls to 14 or so and then use their 3rd and perhaps next year's 2nd to move up.

Do you think KP got to pick where he went? Lol. It's clear that KP wanted out and the team abruptly made a move to get him out of Pittsburgh. When Wilson signed it was obvious KP was done in Pittsburgh.

I was not sold on Pickett but still held out hope that the team didn't completely blow their evaluation of him. Whether it was the product he put on the field or his reaction to Russ coming over, it's now evident they blew it. Now we are stuck with a single 36 year-old QB with plenty of question marks and several glaring holes on offense. I really hope Khan still has some quality free agent moves up his sleeve before the draft. To have to fill those holes with draft choices will rob this team of a desperate need to build the trenches.

I think the plan was to let Kenny compete with Mason (or similar).

But the Wilson deal was just too good a value to pass up.

Well I’m just stunned. I thought keeping him for his 3rd rookie year cost was a no brainer. Clearly Omar doesn’t live in his fears. I wish I could predict what’s next, maybe Fields? But the Khan artist is a maniac. Who the heck knows what’s next.
