Dude, there are times where i can't even respond to your posts because of stuff like this (above). It's so far off base, that I don't even know how to respond.

If Mason gets $20-25 million per year, everyone should be fired.

From 2015-2019, Big Ben's average salary was $21-22million. (It jumped at the end when they tried to figure how to land gracefully with his contracts/end of career).

THIS team is NOT paying THAT kind of money to THAT player.

Its hard to take folks seriously when they post like that. Its not based on reality or consideration of our cap situation.

If we spent that type of money on QB it better be for Cousin’s or Russ Wilson.

If you offer Mason $8-10M per year you'd be the high bidder

I think this is the range we'll be in (including not-likely-to-be-earned incentives).

And I think we will be the highest bidder (at least with reasonably attainable money in the contract). And I think he comes back.

I am on record saying i prefer Tannehill over Mason. There are too many benefits for having a guy that already knows the system and did well in it.

i go into 2024 with Kenny, Tannehill and a rookie 4th rounder

Depends on what the goal is IMO.

If you want a guy that's going to be there to mentor Kenny and help him with the system, I think Tennehill is probably better.

If you want a guy you think is going to have to play, I think I'd prefer Mason because he has some upside.
