Mixon and Hill did terrible things, but what Carter is doing makes me think he is reckless and/or has a death wish. Wouldn't touch him.

Carter won't drop anywhere near down to #17 so it's a moot point.

I would definitely put a clause in that contract about speeding/reckless driving.

Not sure he has a deathwish. I think a lot of people like speeding and some like racing.

I thought what Tyrek Hill did was beyond anything I'd ever seen. Yet, he's in the league. So Carter is no big deal compared to him.

agreed, I strongly dislike hill, to choke your pregnant gf then to repeatedly kick and punch her in the face…. Cowardly to say the least.
