No one's laughing at Burrow now

Remember when Burrow beat the Steelers for the 2nd time this season and when the reporter asked him, "How does it feel to beat the Steelers for the 2nd time this season?" And he kind of poo poo'd it saying "We have a lot bigger goals than just beating the Steelers this season."

You could tell he meant they had their eye on making it to the Super Bowl and/or winning it all. At the time it felt like a pat on his head was in order, like "Aww, that's cute, kid." Well, the jokes on all of us who felt that way. That son of a gun pulled it off and made it to the show, in only his 2nd year, and even less than that, considering he blew his knee out early in his rookie year.

I say good for him. He cracks me up, and boy the kid has "it," without question. And boy, he whooped our @ss this year, case closed.

We were clearly not good against explosive offenses this year.

Hopefully, we are able to put up points over the next few years. Because Cincy is probably going to be a good offense for a while and we'll need to be able to beat them in shootouts at least sometimes.

Not sure where it is but when he was drafted I said he was going to be a problem and some folks shrugged it off because they didn’t have an OL.

That dude balled out at LSU and anyone who follows college ball knew he was legit. When had we ever seen an LSU team putting up 50 points THRU THE AIR!!!

Not even mad at the Bungals success. Just hope we build a team that can compete with them. Actually rooting for them to win even though I’m a fan of Aaron Donald since he went to Pitt.

But that LA team is a super team so I’m rooting for the under dog.

Who was laughing at Burrow? Everyone knew he was good coming out of college. Heck I saw it at OSU before he got injured (which led to his transfer and Haskins went off that season).

The question about the Bengals was the OL that got him killed as a rookie. Their defense was a lot better than I thought it would be and their rookie kicker looks like a young Justin Tucker.

You and others complain about the lack of playoff wins the Steelers have had in the past 10 years like we're the worst run team in the league. The Bungles haven't won a single playoff game for THIRTY YEARS. 30. Until this year.

They've deserved their nickname the Bungles.

I will never root for anyone in our division. Ever. And even if they somehow dominate our division for the next 10, they're still the Bungles to me.

Joe Burrow is the real deal - but the bungles have always been the bungles for one constant reason only. Mike Brown.

They are good this year. They may even win a SB. But that man is an idiot. He is cheap, a poor judge of talent and as long as he's pulling the strings - I have no faith in their future.
