Just saw a post that said Flores told Tua he wished he drafted Mac Jones. Weird because they weren’t even in the same draft.
I think Flores wasn’t sold on Tua being his guy but some of these rumors sound ridiculous.
But it could definitely be similar to Washington/NYG type scenario where the owner/GM forces a QB on the head coach and they can’t get on the same page.
I like the idea of Tua but his injury history was my biggest concern.
In the right system, Tua will flourish if all he has to do is sling it. I could see him working well with BA once Brady retires.
