Other GREAT coaches mugging the camera

Upon seeing coach Tomlin mugging the camera after the win vs. TN by blowing a kiss, I wondered what other "great" coaches would ever do such a thing. So I thought about it. what GREAT coaches would be caught mugging the camera like that, blowing a kiss to the camera after such a contentious win?

    Hoodie (6 SBs). No way.
    Jimmy Johnson. No.
    Bill Walsh. No.
Chuck Noll. Not on your life.
    Big Tuna. No way.
    Tom Landry. Not.
    Marv Levy. No.
    Bill Cowher. Not.
    Andy Reid. Nope.
    Joe Gibbs? Not.
    Vince Lombardi. No.
    Don Shula. Nope.

Why is it acceptable for Tomlin to mug the camera with blowing a kiss to it after a win while no other great coach in NFL history would be caught doing such? Is it not a reflection on the entire team?

Can't answer? Deflect and dodge. Got it. Same old story.

I think Noll played to the camera a little going into the half-time of a Super Bowl no less.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

If you still wonder why Claypool celebrates a first down catch with the clock expiring look no further than Tomlin. It's like that 70's drug PSA when the parent catches his kid with drugs and asks him where he learned.

"From you, ok! I learned it by watching you!"

I thought someone might bring this up. What Noll did was playfully goofing around with the camera guy trying to follow him. It was done playfully, not in any way a "Ha ha, look at me, kiss my @ss, I just won" kind of way, as Tomlin did. Because, as you mentioned, Noll did his routine, before the game was even near decided.

                What did Noll do exactly?

I just thought it was pretty weird in that situation or really any situation for a head coach to do that. Steelers have looked terrible for the last month or so and honestly not much better in the Titans game and he's blowing kisses to the camera lol.

Noll played witht e camaerman right before ahlf-time in Super Bowl XIV.

At halftime they will discuss what Coach Chuck Noll said to the team in the locker room, and even weigh in on Noll's playful banter with a cameraman on the way to the locker room. And in the second half, they will talk about some of the key plays that led to the 31-19 win, including Stallworth's 73-yard touchdown reception, a pass he caught in stride over cornerback Rod Perry, and Jack Lambert's interception that shut the door on the Rams' comeback attempt.

I looked for it on youtube but couldn't find it. All Noll did, while knowing the camera was on him, was jog and pick up speed so as to make life for the camera man tougher, and then stopped and smiled. Nothing malicious, or "kiss my @ss, I just won" type of act. And Noll went 4-0 in FOUR Super Bowls. If anyone deserved to act cocky for the camera, it was Noll.

It was before half-time in Super Bowl XIV. I posted the article, but could not find the video either.

THE GAME WAS OVER! Why is the difference so hard to understand?? Claypool is welcome to do family photoshoots after the game if he wants to.

                              You can do better.
