of course not, Tomlin needs to look in the mirror and ask himself how in the world he hired a guy like Canada to be our OC for Ben's last year.

Not only that.. but the game plans run through the HC... Tomlin shares ownership in that disaster.

especially our first half offensive game plans.

they have mostly been unmitigated failures and disasters all season long.

First several plays are usually scripted. Why Tomlin would approve of that.. given our track record of failures early in games this year is truley puzzling

You are correct, I said before. Why do we try the same plays that continually fail?
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

That at least partly goes to Tomlin. I've said it before I'll say it again he believe in player execution over anything else, it's the only way it makes sense anyways. He does not scheme for opponent he believes in a "this is what we do" approach uniformly across the board.

This has been overly apparent for years now. Problem is, every playoff opponent seems to know it as well, thus making their job easier.

They pretty much ran the same offense tonight that they have all season. Runs for no yards. Jump ball passes. Dropped passes short of the sticks. Honestly saw nothing new on offense. I think DJ was the only WR that had separations. And he couldn't catch the ball when he did.

In his postgame Tomlin just said gameplans are irrelevant. "We didn't execute well enough." I'm so ready for a change, please happen soon.

...., the real question is why do these plays continually fail if that is all they practice and run? Running other plays that fail doesn't help either. Got to get at the root of why they are failing.

Anyone who buys that as gospel should look towards another sport.

***I just listened to it, and it's no shocker at all. He was asked what was the game plan on offense, and why did things go wrong quickly***

He came back and answered with that same old repeated line, LOL.

That's the most disappointing thing. The Steelers have no hope under Tomlin unless the team is insanely talented, which this one is not.

It sounds like he's basically saying coaches aren't needed lol.

Insanely talented?? I'll take starter talented. There are guys starting on this team that wouldn't make it off other teams' practice squads. I have no problem looking to the future if Tomlin isn't it able to do a rebuild.

And to top it all off...
Today's game confirmed that Washington should have been the #3 WR all along- he's the only one that showed up with consistency.
Tomlin had f'n #14 ahead of him.
                                WTF?!?!
