Perhaps Mason sucked, but Diontae Johnson is a moron. Hold onto the damn ball. ( It was actually a good punch out...I am just pissed off).
    and what about Pat?

I’m confused why Mason is getting the bulk of the blame.

        Felt,

Come on, I said careless with the ball generically that would include Pat.

bulk? No. But he clearly sucked. Routine throws he makes look impossible.

Well, you know they're not going to blame Friermuth, the best draft pick in Steelers' history

Because people went into the game loaded with their agendas. It was either gonna be Tomlin or Rudolph that loses it.

yep, the great mason with a whole 9 points vs. thru 3 quarters.
the browns pulled up in the 4th quarter knowing they had it in the bag

Neither of them really did enough to help us win

But the bigger part of the blame goes to the fumblers

He is to blame too. Nobody stepped up to take the lead of the AFCN. A tie is what both teams deserved.

Green sucked snapping all game long too.

                              Yep.

But if we walked away from Ben last season, we could be doing the "Mason at QB because we believe in him" thing this season instead of wasting next year doing it.

because he sucked. Even many of the catches were bad passes. Most of the deep balls were underthrown. His ineffectiveness is why the other plays even mattered. You faced an 0-8 team, who has a QB battling injuries and went to OT.

Did Diontae fumble? Yup... after he made a great catch on another poorly thrown ball.

Did Muth fumble? Yup... on a play that IF the team was able to line up and spike in 8 seconds (not sure they would have been able to) would have left a 55 yarder in bad conditions in one of the hardest places to kick a FG.

Neither play holds a candle to how poorly Mason played.
