I agree it starts and ends with Ben...

Another aspect was that the skill players blocked, blitz pick up was horrible. They made the OL look even worse!

I don't think 6 quarters is enough to judge Ben.

But he's done pretty well in his career when he didn't have superstar WRs before.

Hopefully things like lack of accuracy on deep balls 2 years ago were more about his elbow (which seems to have maybe been an issue before last season) and not just decline due to age (which will happen eventually)
when did Ben not have a superstar WR?

I know he had Cedric Wilson one year but he still had Hines and we weren’t a pass heavy team his first few years.

He’s had a security blanket in AB for years and we’ve always drafted well when it comes to WR.

There just wasn’t a lot of quick decisions and trust in that first game and it wasn’t because the OL failed him.

So what are you looking for this coming season in that regard?

Ben is definitely the key, but we need to be much better balanced offensively this season...

I don't think Hines was a super star. He and Troy were my favorite players on those teams.

              He was very good.

But he wasn't close to AB IMO.

If Ward counts as a superstar, than maybe Juju does too.
