The funniest part in all of this is AB thinks he has fans.

At least Harrison helped win 2 SB's, and is responsible for the greatest play in SB history in the second one. He will forever hold a spot with me. Brown brought nothing close to those things.Comment

He does. Some high-profile ones, too … see Shannon Sharpe, Deion Sanders, Chris Broussard, etc.. They're all avidly trying to shift the blame for AB's antics onto Ben and justify AB's stances.
Sad thing is, there are some self-proclaimed Steelers fans who are doing the same thing as those morons. Check out some of the comments following online articles about the situation, and AB's twitter responses.Comment

No...The funny part is gonna be, If he goes somewhere and is not productive...All the **** he talked on Ben is REALLY gonna make him look bad ( If that's possible )
It will prove that his success was BECAUSE of Ben...Oh, How will Big Chest handle that I wonderComment

"Big head" would be a better nickname.Comment

No surprise re: Sharpe and Deion.
Like AB, they are more focused on "Me, Me, Me, Me" than an opera singer warming up his vocal cords.
Not sure who Chris Broussard is, though.Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.Comment

There are stupid people out there everywhere you look...Look real hard and you'll find even more...LOLHe does. Some high-profile ones, too … see Shannon Sharpe, Deion Sanders, Chris Broussard, etc.. They're all avidly trying to shift the blame for AB's antics onto Ben and justify AB's stances.

you know this is really a sad day for Steeler nation when you come to think about it. I always wanted to think of AB for the immaculate extension and his seemingly insane catches.
But now all I can see is this. And unfortunately I do not think after all is said and done and AB has called it a career that I will be able to go back and remember those things about him.
What I will remember (and it's not just him mind you) is how the Steelers with the dearth of all pro talent (at least on the offensive side of the ball) wasted it all on hubris (ownership, management, players).

With Brown we've won 3 playoff games in the last 8 years. Im not sweating it. I think we might actually be better if we are not set on targeting a specific guy 20 times a game. Time will tell I guess.Comment
