Rooney Brown meeting

It is supposed to take place some this week. Does anyone know what day?

Is it going to be just Brown and Rooney? or any other person ( lawyers, agents, TO, Ben)

Are we going to learn anything from what takes place? I Assume Brown will put it out there on twitter, and Rooney more civil will leak what he wants leaked to the Steeler media ( Bouchett).

I wonder if it is a meeting to hear Brown out. Can you imagine if Rooney hears something about Ben or Tomlin, and changes the picture. Imagine that if Ben or Tomlin are not on the team in 2019!

The more Brown talks the more convoluted and senseless his story becomes. Maybe Rooney will offer to help get him into rehab/mental health services.

IMO, it’s a meeting to set the table for an amicable separation. Rooney will kindly ask Mr Big Chest to knock off the Twitter crap. All this social media garbage is hurting both parties when it comes to a trade. I’m also hoping Rooney tells him if they can’t find a fair trade that helps the Pittsburgh Steelers, then AB is out of luck. It’s time to draw a line in the sand when it comes to selfish players. This is Art’s team, not AB’s.

Too bad...I think trading Brown will end up making the team worse.

But, I think he's made it clear that there is no way reasonable way to keep him.

Someone will overpay. A few on NFL Network think SF will give up their first round pick for AB. IMO, that is extremely doubtful but someone out there will overpay.

Doubt the Steelers would ever agree to give AB freedom to talk to a team, especially under contract. Steelers will decide where he plays. Several teams (AFC North teams and the Pats) can go pound sand.
