I'm a teacher. I like to teach. If my regular schedule is 5 classes and I can pick up an extra class, I do.

But, I'm under contract. If my employer only wants me to teach two classes and gives me other duties for the rest of the day, then that is what I do. I will still be paid the same amount.
What if you showed up one day, in the middle of a term, and all your stuff was cleared out of your desk, and they told you they'd decided to give your class to another teacher? You love to teach, you'd signed on with their promise that you would teach, and you fully expected to teach. "Stay ready to teach," they tell you, "Because at some point, we'll have you teach." With your considerable experience and abilities, you show up, day after day, but day after day, they have no class for you. But hey, they're still paying you. If you want something to do, they tell you, you can make the coffee and keep the lounge cleaned up.

Be honest -- how would you feel about that kind of treatment from your employer?

Would I feel great? Not a bit....

Would I continue to be a professional and not act out and get myself fired? Yes I would...but I wouldn’t be happy...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Well, there you go. Again, no excuse for James' behavior. But also, dang poor (unprofessional) behavior on the part of the coaches.

Agree. I'm annoyed with both. And it just throws salt in the wound that he went to the empire of cheating. That's what really makes me more annoyed with Harrison. He's a hypocrite to openly criticize that organization and then end up playing there. And THEN, publically praise how that organization is run in comparison to other teams.

Yeah, I can see that. I just don’t care about what he did after he left. But, that’s just me.

Skip Bayless and Colin Cowherd are 2 names I shrug at when I see/hear them. Those dudes don't believe half the stuff they say, they would gossip about their momma's if it generated ratings

Cowherd recently defended Tomlin...and I took it with more than a grain of salt...

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

                        TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

                          Guys PLEASE watch the video.

Just skip, Skip and listen please to what Sharpe says.
He explains what it is about JH that made it hard for him to accept his non-role in Pittsburgh.

Listen with an open mind from the perspective of a player.

Maybe when I have a few minutes to waste...but, TBH, I’m not too interested in Shannon Sharpe’s viewpoint either...

One thing I agree with Skip about......If I didnt know he was 39, I would not ever guess it based on the "eye-test".

Then listen to Dickerson, who makes good points.......(really I want you to hear Sharpe but you cant hear Dickerson without hearing Sharpe too)

Really, hearing those two give a player perspective I havent heard articulated so well. BTW, Sharpe clearly says he is not excusing JHs behavior.
