I think Dupree is a bigger bust than Jarvis Jones. Like playing with 10 guys on the field. Porter should be fired. Can’t believe there was no way to get JH some playing time. With that said, he had 3 tackles against the Titans so it’s not as if he lit it up.

There was a way to get JH playing time. NE is showing us that. You see any of our guys tackling D.Henry with one freakin' arm? I saw JH do it Saturday. Difference between JH and Bud Dupree this weekend, Bud played the whole game.....

Had we lost 3-0 your point would be just as ridiculous Dizz. YOU brought Tebow up my friend. If you want to go there, my point is absolutely valid.

When you give me a game where we scored FORTY TWO POINTS and lost, you will have a case.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

Not hard at all to keep Jax under 42 points. Just do what EVERY OTHER TEAM DID THAT HAS EVER FACED BORTLES has been able to do,

Heck one team I know did it despite FIVE PICKS this season.

He most certainly would have helped..Give him enough game time the guy makes big time plays.....Was so horrible on what I saw on Defense..I hold Tomlin accountable for this first
and right down to Butler and the 3 or 4 lame ass Defense players we have....people need to be fired now.....no excuses..done with it...

I don't know if JH could have helped or not, or if the coaching staff would have put him in the game while the defense was getting gashed to try and help, but I'm fairly certain of one thing, I don' tbelieve there is any possible way that JH could have made things worse.

He wouldn’t have made a difference, IMO...with as poorly as the front seven played, maybe 2008 JH would have helped...

He wouldn’t have effectively covered a back out of the back field or a TE on a shallow crossing route...and he wouldn’t have had the time to rush the passer because Bortles got rid of the ball so quickly on those first few drives...the Jags ran quite a bit to the right and up the middle as well...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Maybe so, but in a game where one defensive play could have made the difference, JH could have potentially made that play, maybe he gets 1 tackle for loss, or 1 QB pressure or at least holds the edge better than what has happening out there, maybe they put him in Dupree's place for a series, who knows, and you're right, probably wouldn't have made a difference. What's done is done.

Well, Harrison is more than capable of lining up on the other side of the field. In fact, he did so for NE, set the edge, and a made a stop for no gain or a loss. Or leave him at his original position and flip TJ to the other side - either guy sets the edge better than Dupree.
