    In case you missed it...

...the fact that Tomlin has now finished his 11th season as a head coach posting the second-most victories in such a span in the history of the NFL. The only coach who has won more games in his first 11 seasons now is Don Shula.
From 2007 through 2017, Tomlin has now posted a 116-60 record, posting a winning percentage of .659, the 15th-highest of all time.
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"

I don't think some fans realize what a high quality coach Tomlin is, for their own reasons. It doesn't matter whose players they are, he knows how to assess talent and develop it. If he were coach for the Cleveland Browns, I think they would have won some games this year and be headed in the right direction.

He's a top 5 coach, no doubt about it. Would love to see him "Get over the hump" with a win in Foxboro in the AFCC... as NE has sort of been his Achilles heel. Of course if we end up getting a home game in the AFCC against KC, that'd be fine as well lol

He still has the QB Cowher tried NOT to draft.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

          TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

Yep. Obviously anyone that dislikes, or even questions Tomlin is a racist. Just like Obama

Of course. That's the same type who actively hope the Steelers lose so they can say "I told you so" afterwards.

For all his accomplishments, this year will define him in my eyes. The window for winning is SO fleeting, and we overwhelmingly have more talent! If we go out to Foxboro* and lose yet again, he will never win another one.
I wasn't hired for my disposition.

I dont always agree with some of Tomlins decisions but think he is a solid coach and leader.
Like another poster said, if he can get over the Patriot hump then he enters the great category.

Make no mistake, every season the Steelers seem to finish better than they start. That's speaks volumes on Tomlin's coaching abilities because there are plenty of teams that go the opposite way year after year.

He's not perfect (clock management) but I have enjoyed seeing the Steelers in the post-season more often than not. Again, few other teams can say the same.
