Not that the colts would deal him, just discussing i guess
well, we are talking franchise QB and most franchise QB’s aren’t .500 outside their division.

Look at Phillip Rivers or even Kirk Cousins.

Im telling you, Luck has feasted in his division but has been terrible vs the rest of the league for a franchise QB.

      Kirk Cousins
      Jimmy Garropolo
      Drew Brees
      Sam Bradford
      Teddy Bridgewater

Any of these guys sound interesting? Didn't think so...
Drew Brees - Too old and throws too many interceptions
Sam Bradford - a hearty, hell no!
Teddy Bridgewater - had some promise before his injury, but no thanks!
Jimmy G - already gone, but wouldn't have wanted him anyways him due to his association with the pats.
Cousins - would be my only consideration. my biggest concern is he seems to come up short in the biggest games and will want too much money.

Put me down for giving a longer look at Josh Dobbs. I think he has major potential and deserves a chance!

bingo. I think we stick with the draft for finding our next QB.

Would love to see him with our weapons before counting him out.

Dude is smart and once he settled down he made all the throws we need for a QB in our system. Also has a much stronger arm than Landry Jones.

I know Dobbs looked very shaky at times during the preseason but what else would you expect from a rook in his first NFL action. Shoot - I still see a lot of veteran QB's making the same SMDH plays... He also acquitted himself by making some big boy plays, as well! You can tell he has boatloads of athleticism. I believe the FO thinks a little more highly of him than the average fan does.

If not for all the injuries I'd take Bradford in a heartbeat. He has never had much to work. Give him time behind our line, throwing to all the weapons we have, I think people could move on from Ben REAL quick. Only thing is, I don't trust him to stay healthy.

Bradford is even worse than Luck. I still have no clue what's really wrong with Bradford. Just read it was no contact on the same ACL from 2014. I think he is done.

Cousins and Brees are the only 2 on that list I would take a chance on and I think Cousins is fools gold and too expensive and Brees is old as hell.

Just read that we will be facing the Colts for the 3rd time since 2015 and Luck has missed all 3 games. That's crazy.

The last two times have been the same injury, which seems to have been horribly bungled by the Colts FO, Coaching, and medical staffs.
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Which is why I want no part of him. I think his injury/recovery is worse than anticipated.

I thought Sam Bradford was a stud coming out of college - man, has that proven not to be the case in his pro career! I think I have seen him have one good game in his pro career and that happen to be the first game of this season, right before the vikings played us! It was a Monday night game and I was thinking, Bradford has finally found his game and we are going to have our hands full! Haven't seen or heard from him since! This guy has had too many chances and nothing to show for them -- move on!!!

Don't understand the thinking on why anyone would want a QB castoff from any team. The Steelers have a young improving defense and have history to show a defense alone can get a team to the post season. Draft a promising QB in a loaded class and ride with him and the D.

I think Sam Bradford could be a decent fill in and an improvement over Jones. No he isn't a stud, but hes better than what we will have next year.

Says who? Landry Jones has about as much highlight tape as Sam Bradford.

Sooner QB fight!!! While we're at it, we might as well draft Baker Mayfield too and add him to the mix.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

I don't. I think he’s always needed surgery but the Colts medical staff recommended putting it off. He’s been cleared to practice, which, presumably, the medical staff would not have done if there were a chance of further injury. Right now, at least according to Luck, his shoulder hurts. It is not uncommon to experience soreness after a major surgery, but reportedly, a cortisone shot didn’t help.

It’s a hard surgery with a long recovery...
