The Patriots will have Brady back.

The Steelers dont have that much wiggle room if they want to stay up front. The Ravens have an easier schedule than we do.

I dont know of give seen a luckier team. Dumb choices by harbaugh and then Oakland shoots itself in the foot twice to give up the lead.

That said. Their easier schedule is just 2 different games then our schedule. And after today they would have played them both. Jax and oak. The rest of their schedule is much tougher then their first 4 games

all teams we will be facing too

Oakland back up. But plenty of time left for Baltimore down by 1

Need Mack and Irvine to come up with a big play

That's one of their "easier" games that they've lost

Wait a minute. The Steelers usually struggle to beat the dregs of the NFL, so a tough schedule is just what they need.

They've graduated from that. Now they cave to the good ones too. Note last week.

There's a pernicious motivation problem in the team. They just come out flat every so often, like they don't care.

One game is hardly a basis for prediction - but our contest against the pats in a few weeks should be very illuminating.

Sure, so maybe they should get a mulligan for last week too. Goes both ways.

When does "flex scheduling" start? If that were a possibility at that point of the season, I'm sure it would be a prime candidate (although CBS would certainly not want to just give it up, so it they had any veto power, they would exercise it to keep the game where it is).
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

How about Vince Williams with 13 solo tackles and 2 assists. Not bad for a replacement. Timmons also played well - he knocked the crap out of a couple of guys. I think you have to keep giving VW snaps even when Shazier comes back.

The tackling last night was exceptional - I think that was a big part of the defensive turnaround from the debacle in Philly.

I was kind of excited about Dangerfield getting out there. iN preseason the last game I believe he was just flying around with strong intentions on his tackles. Last night saw the same thing, he is not like Mitchell who does not know how to use his arms, hands when tackling (thus the first TD.) All Mitchell ever does is try and hit the snot out of them. Works 80% of the time, but the other 20 usually turns into first down, big play, or TD. Dangerfield came up a few times on the outlet and made the stop.

Timmons put Knile Davis into the concussion protocol...

said it in the game thread several times, VWill had a really good game last night and his tackling put hurts on a few players... and guess what, he didn't come up limping like you know who.
