wow that is a thin argument. Blount was brought in for that reason! Who last season besides Blount had enough talent or well close in talent to Bell! But Blount had to go. He was a head case and wanted out. Maybe even inside/behind the back had knowledge he would go back to the Pats! Can't put anything past the Cheaters. But at that point in the season no coach would have seen that coming. And then who else was out there. They did screw them selves signing Blount as it as a gamble. But he was playing and behaving for the cheaters? So worth the gamble IMO.

I fear in the end, it will be our horrible CB situation, that will be our downfall. BTW, any word on Golson's health? I don't expect him to play this year or anything, but I can't find anything updating his condition.
Golson went on IR following his shoulder surgery. No real updates since then as far as I can tell and he doesn't post much at all on Twitter. Hopefully he'll be good to go next year. Will be like an extra first round pick!

But he also had only had 1 winning season in Cleveland, so was he just masterful for that one season?

Who knows, maybe they didn't have talent. Or maybe he matured and changed his style. All I know is that he is head and shoulders above everyone else.

He didn't get a ready made franchise QB in Brady, either. He developed him and that dinky dunky system that he shines in. And it's not like they're 9-0 with a great roster. Outside of Gronk and Brady, who do you want on that offense?

The D is nothing special, talent-wise, either.

I seem to recall Bill Belichick doing that twice as many times as Mike Tomlin did.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

And for some reason that's the only place he's behaved. Hmm, I wonder what the difference is?

                        Perhaps cheating?

Cheating makes Blount behave in NE?

                          Try to keep up.

Thank you for your encouragement...but, yes, it does not take a big brain to figure out how cheating in NE could a player behave...

all I know is if we are healthy in December - we have a great chance.

seattle will be a test. let's get to 7-4 and see how the last quarter of the season plays out.
