I dont think we really appreciate what Tomlin and Co has done this year

Mike & Mike were talking about how Romo was 2-0 and the Cowboys haven't won since he was injured.

Would you rather have Landry Jones and Vick or Weeden and Vassal? They both said Cowboys had the better QB's..

yet we have weathered the storm going 2-2 with our backups. What's crazy is we were a FG or 1st down from 3-1.

Can't say enough how well built this team is to win even when a star goes down or a star is suspended for a few games.

we complain a lot but how many teams could be 6-4 after missing the best RB for 2 games, the franchise QB for 4 games AND their deep threat for 4 games?

oh yeah, and Pouncey is out as well as the starting LT.

Tomlin may not be the best at clock management but he is pretty good at team management.

Butler and Colbert as well as the rest of the coaching staff and FO.

When I made my post about Ben it wasn't because I was knocking him as a QB... I just see a franchise that is pretty damn good at adding depth and fielding competitive teams who, always find a way to have another guy ready to step up.

Should be a fun ride down the stretch...

Not to mention they have lost two kickers to injury and released one that wasn't getting the job done and they find Boswell at home in Texas teaching kids how to kick and he's missed one FG to date.

Plus our secondary and Beachum. We've lost some very key players. At half time of Monday night game, Berman was doing highlights and was writhing at the loss of Edelman and Dion Lewis for the Cheaters and "how will they ever cope." Uh hey buddy, Steelers been dealing with losses all year.

        Lets go!

And Tomlin and Co. aren't done yet! We have six games to stay healthy and get on a hot streak...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

...plus one PAT attempt missed this weekend.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

The Pats are down several linemen - 3rd string OT, rookie center, etc. They've had to overcome all year.

Still, I agree with the OP as long as they keep winning now. Just about everyone is banged up, but as long as we have Ben, AB, and Bryant on O, we should be able to put up 30+, which should be enough for our defense.

Just have to avoid against the letdowns we see every year.

Yes, kudos to them. And yes, it will be fun to watch regardless.

I fear in the end, it will be our horrible CB situation, that will be our downfall. BTW, any word on Golson's health? I don't expect him to play this year or anything, but I can't find anything updating his condition.
I wasn't hired for my disposition.

I agree... Belichick might have an edge on dealing with adversity. But having Brady available all season can hide a lot of ills that even coaching might not be able to overcome. Keep in mind Belichick's career was nothing special until he connected with Brady.

Just more proof that even the best in the biz can't help the Browns!

Seriously, though. Tomlin has done a fine job in so many ways. One thing that he has done right has to do with the hires for his staff. Haley, Butler, Munchack, Lake, Peezy, etc, etc...

Whose fault was it that we had no depth for the ONE starter we lost all year.

He went 11-5 with Vinny Testaverde in Cleveland, and 11-5 with Matt Cassel in New England.
