Let's hope he falls to us now. After all, if we are going to look the other way with Bell it would be stupid to treat this kid or Peters any different. It's the culture of this team and its head coach. Let other teams that care about maturity, accountability, intelligence, and common sense take him off their boards. Shane Ray, Potential Top 10 Pick, Reportedly Cited for Marijuana Possession

Shane Ray, a defensive end from the University of Missouri, was cited for marijuana possession on Monday morning via a report by KTGR’s Brandon Kiley. The arrest report says Ray was arrested with 35 grams or less of marijuana and also failed to “drive in the right lane of the highway with two or more lanes.”
Jason McIntyre had Ray going fifth to Washington in his 2015 Mock Draft. A list of other NFL Draft mock drafts on MMQB had Ray among the Top 10 picks.
We’ll have have to see if today’s news acts as a deterrent for teams who are less than three days away from being “on the clock.” Logic makes you think teams wouldn’t exactly be too thrilled about Ray’s judgement.

I just posted today in another thread that I thought it would be highly unlikely that Ray would be there at #22. Now, I'm not so sure. Crazy year; this draft could fall a number of different ways.Comment

You know I have no problem not being the smartest person around. But even for a regular 9-5 I gave up my parting days once I graduated high school. WTF? Do this guys just feel so entitled? Can't be this stupid? We are talking about maybe losing MILLIONS dropping out of the top 10-15 to maybe even the second round. Because all the "weed" guys have other red flags. Not enough games started or to light in the pants and has a bum toe. How much of this stuff is hyped up to get guys to fall like Colbert was talking about? Or is it that teams are so sensitive to burn a 1st rd pick that this stuff does matter? Man this 1st rd is becoming a little shaky! More questions on these guys then answers it seems to me.Comment
