He does set the edge well and is generally well regarded as a run defender.

JJ is a much better player, when healthy, than Ovi wants to give him credit for being...if he ran a 4.2 forty, it would probably be different...

I won't "gladly" eat the aforementioned crow, because it would be bad for my team. OTOH, if Jones proves you wrong, that would be good for the team...an outcome for which you, a Steelers fan, should hope...

I will gladly eat virtual crow on this board if Jones is a success, because as you say it will be great for the team. I have never hoped for Jones to fail, I have just never been confident he would succeed. I do hope you are right.
