Carolina got absolutely destroyed today. Not sure last week means all that much.
Can we finally place some blame on Lebeau's D?

Time for Dicky boy to move on, they preach about getting teams in third and long but for what to sit back instead of forcing the ball out quick.http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/2...eelers2010.jpgComment

Maybe, but it seems to be a common thing the last couple of seasons.http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/2...eelers2010.jpgComment

Moats should have received more playing time, but Dickey love the vets. Keisel should be a pass rush specialist and JH should be in for the run. Nothing more, until he call it quits I expect nothing from this defense.http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/2...eelers2010.jpgComment

The Steelers’ primary matchup is their offense against their defense. Not the opposition defense. Their defense. The Steelers’ defense will allow lots of points. Can the Steelers’ offense keep pace? That’s reality.
Prior attempts to blame defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau were erroneous. The Steelers’ defense has too many rotten players, particularly at the key positions of cornerbacks and outside linebacker.
LeBeau seems to sense this. He’s blitzing more. Defensive backs are jumping more routes. If his defense is going to allow points, perhaps it can also provide some, or at least some short fields and/or sacks.
