Aside from the draw in the end zone he called a pretty good game. Unfortunately the combination of that call and special teams cost us the game.

The defense's give back points didn't help either.

I'm sick of having to type it.

But it's a LeBeau trade mark.

I don't know how many other ways to type this...

An offensive output of 17 points is offensive...based on statistical rankings up to this point in the season...they would be the ranked last in scoring offense.

            Give it a rest.

Allowing Mark freaking Sanchez to bend you over when you are up 17-10 at home was a joke.

But WHEN did they give them up? I'm sorry but trading scores doesn't do much for me. Make a freaking stop after we score, is that too much to ask?

How many games has the defense won?

Is scoring more than 13 points on offense too much to ask?

They scored 17 on offense. Not 13.

Would it be to much to ask for the O not to give up 2 points when it mattered most! Were is the beatting a dead horse icon?

Well, here's the thing and it's important to note about the 17 points. The Steelers had 2 drives of 90 plus yards and the third drive of 90 plus yards ended at the 9 yard line with 00:00 on the clock. The punter for the Jets was their MVP and kept the Steelers backed up all day.

When you're taking 7-8 minutes per drive to score you aren';t getting many opportunities. The offense played well today in both rushing and passing the football. the Jets are a top 5 defense and the Steelers moved the ball almost at will today. They scored 2/3 times in the red zone and only had 3 penalties.

Two good teams played football this afternoon, unfortunately, the result wasn't positive, but the play was good. time consuming drives like that will go a long way to winning games in the playoffs.

You are correct....13 is how many points the defense gave up...again....much less than the #1 ranked D in the NFL

                              My mistake...

BTW....17 points on offense would be the #32 ranked scoring offense in the NFL....in case you didnt know.

One last point to add....The Steelers have the #1 defense in points per game averaging 15.7 points per game. We gave up 13 today...The blame does not rest on the defense...

If it wasn't for our defense, this team would suck....It will be a sad day when DL retires...It will be almost impossible for anyone to fill his shoes...like it or not...just look at the defensive ranking since he has been DC for the Steelers.

DL is the glue holding this team together.
