1(14) Pittsburgh Steelers: LaNorris Sellers, QB, South Carolina

The Steelers passed on all the quarterbacks until the final rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft. Perhaps they’ll treat this quarterback class differently.

LaNorris Sellers has a huge skill set and could be drafted earlier than this if he lives up to his potential.

No more QB's drafted high who lacked the stats, or played tier 2 or 3 competition. QB's drafted high must check off most of the boxes. They should be over 6'1" tall, have a 9" hand or greater, have a decent arm or better, weigh in at 205 lbs or more, complete at least 64% of their passes, throw for an average of 210 yards pre game or more, and run a 4.9 40 or better.

The record and how they performed vs. top 25 teams MUST be evaluated closely. And their Qb IQ tests must be on the right side of the bell curve

I pay close attention to the avenge length the ball travels when caught, the velocity of MHP of the throws, and the complexity of defense faced.

21. Pittsburgh Steelers: LaNorris Sellers, QB, South Carolina

Pittsburgh adds a potential starting quarterback.

Sellers (6-3, 242) has a big-time skill set and could be a breakout star in 2024 or 2025. In 2024, Sellers completed 66 percent of his passes for 2,534 yards with 18 touchdown passes, seven interceptions, and seven rushing touchdowns.
