I think it's cool that you guys don't wanna make the same picks as one another even though that's not in the rules. Part of the strategy is that you can make that "same pick as the other guy(s)" but the danger is that the team loses and then everyone is out.

Just for the record, you can PM me with your picks and I will not publish them until I have all 3 of them and those teams have had their respective kickoffs.

You guys can play it out how you wanna...just letting you know there are options available.
