Open to everyone. Each week pick one team you think will lose and before that team's kickoff for the week either post it here or PM it to me if you don't want people to know your pick. I'll then post your pick shortly before kickoff. You can only pick a team once.
So it's simple:
1) Starting with week one pick one NFL team a week that you think will lose.
2) Post or PM that pick before that team kicks off for the week.
3) You can only pick a team once.
4) If your team loses you advance, if you team wins you are out.
5) Last person left wins Planet Steelers bragging rights for a whole off season.
6) If we have a winner by week 5 we'll start over again with everyone back in.
7) If there is no winner at the end of the regular season we will continue into the post season.
8 ) You must be in from week one...no latecomers.
9) Do not pick more than one week at a time unless you will be away from the board for some reason.
10) Fail to make a pick for the week and you will automatically be assigned the visiting team for that week's MNF game, unless you've already selected that team. If that is the case you will get the home team for the MNF game. If you've already selected that team then it will go to the visiting team for the Sunday Night Football game or home team for the SNF game, respectively. If all four of those teams have been selected then you will have failed to make a pick for that week and are out.
Last year we did this via a website but I am hoping there will be more participants this way. I'll track everything via a spreadsheet and post the results weekly.
And Oviedo, this isn't fantasy football so you can play too. :P
