I do remember them viewing Harrison's forever, and was fearful they might say his helmet or forearm touched down before the ball crossed the plane. From some angles it still almost appears that way.
I'm not sure, but I don't think so. I think auto-reviewing scores and other big plays is relatively new.

But I think the Harrison TD would have been a booth review because it was the end of the half. IIRC that rule came in with replay...but I could be wrong.

How do we know that the OL is "fixed"?

In the post you quoted, I used the words "should be fixed".

That means that I don't "know" that it will be fixed, but I "think" that it "should" be.

We will probably start (or at least end) the season with two first round draft picks at tackle, a 2nd round draft pick at C, and two Gs that we paid a pretty penny for in UFA who were both ranked in the top 20 at the position last season.

If the OL isn't fixed after that, then we made some pretty big mistakes along the way. Hopefully, that won't be the case.

The GB loss still haunts me. I thought we were going to do it when we got the ball back, but it wasn't meant to be. The week of the championship games we were on vacation in Costa Rica and the resort was full of Packers and Bears fans, remember Packers fans rooting for the Jets because they didn't want to face us.
Yep. That GB loss was brutal. Especially because after a bad start it looked like we were going to complete the comeback.

In retrospect, it's even worse because it fits the pattern that kept repeating (and getting worse) with Jax and CLE. Big mistakes early lead to a slow start (it's crazy how many DTDs we've had for and against in the playoffs). Late game heroics get us close, but not quite enough to secure the win.

When I look back on SB 45 I always think that maybe had the Steelers had AB in his prime that they would have won their 7th SB. AB’s 1 reception for 1 yard stat line for that game gave no indication of how dominant he was about to be.
Obviously the standard is the standard.

That's a great point. I haven't seen anyone look at it that way before.

Wonder if that's the way AB was looking at it (and why he apparently hated BA).

Supposedly the whole game plan was set up for Manny Sanders to dominate but he got hurt.

AB said BA wanted to cut him so maybe he didn’t even think about having AB ready for that SB.
