This was pretty crazy IMO.

I don't remember them every actively doing the exact opposite of what Rooney said.

I think the Wilson signing was just a very special circumstance. If that doesn't happen, I think we bring back Mason and they compete for the job.

But (1) trading Kenny for so little maybe says we were going to give up on him either way; and (2) not offering more for Mason when we must have known trading Kenny was a strong possibility suggests we didn't really think much of him either.

Maybe Mason would have rather gone where there was a chance for him to start. But would he really pick a 1 year deal that's likely pretty close to the minimum before incentives if we offered him 2 - 3 years?

Kenny will only see the field in Philly if there are injuries.

Basically, they gave KP to move up 22 spots from 4th round to 3rd round.

Dulac tweeted that the move was because he wasn't handling Russ's arrival well. Couple that with his refusal to dress week 17 and they're just moving on.

I wanted additional day 2 picks, but Dayum

It did seem like he didn't handle getting benched well...but that's understandable.

Too bad we couldn't bring Mason back to be QB2. But we'll get someone similar I guess.

Got beat out by Mason. Then seemed to be replaced by Wilson.

Wonder if anyone still thinks they anointed him to be QB1 next season (actions >>> words).

Wonder if we bring in Tannehill to be the backup? I'd probably prefer someone younger though.

Probably means we take a mid-round QB.

Edit: Comments on the Depot are saying we get their 3rd (98 ) and they get one of our 4ths (120). Then a couple of 7ths next season. Was hoping that it would be more like we get a 3rd. But I guess his value wasn't that high.
