You are correct as always. The problem is Tomlin works out all the players pre draft and has a big impact in choosing the team. I fault him for picking bad players too.

2 turnovers by the offensive players. 2 key missed tackles by the defense. This is what games generally boil down to, mistakes by players.

What about the good players?
