Allen played against our defense, MR played against theirs.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

It was fairly clear before the game that one of two things had to happen for the Steelers to eke out a win:
      • BUF had to have a less than great game - they didn't
      • PIT would have to have a perfect game - they didn't

      Result not surprising, only disappointing.

        Not surprised we lost
but very disappointed that we came out with the same old sad, shoot-yourself-in-the-foot start
we decimated our own chance of winning with the way we played in the 1st Q
        ...once again

So, while I'm really disappointed and want to see a big change at the offensive coordinator position, maybe we actually exceeded expectations a little against a hot team in their own, cold home.
The players did show some heart to come back which I really appreciated as a fan and the turnovers were really bad. But I also think Buffalo was basically milking the clock in the second half more than trying to score more TDs, I'm not even sure that was the correct strategy but I guess it was since they ended up winning by two TDs.

If the Buf kicker didn't stink, they're likely up 24-0 at the half and roll to a blowout win. That block was a low line drive. At worst, 21-0.

              Well put. Agree all around.
