I would agree but also quantify it as ‘currently’. I am trying to believe the talent is there but scheme/execution is holding them back. Those are two things that can be fixed and turn around rapidly. If it’s talent, we’re screwed.

We have YOUNG talent and Old talent. Only TJ and Minkah are top talent in their primes. Highsmith is close.

Amd the most important position is a question mark who is missing open receivers routinely.

This is why I said 3 years after Kenny's first full season (year 4) is when I expect a SB. I didn't think we would have SB aspirations 2 season's after Ben retired.

Ben won SB's after 25 YEARS!!! Now fans want a SB caliber QB 2 years after a HOFer retires at 40!!!

I remember someone asking why Tomlin kept talking about Kenny's floor instead of his ceiling. We can win 8 to 9 games minimum with Pickett. Can we win 13 games? That has yet to be answered but what head coach and FO would move on quickly from a 9 game winner who has won a third of his games in the 4th quarter?

RC’s job is hot takes. He’s a funny dude, but truth be told, there aren’t many teams that look like SB contenders at the moment.
