What about the other 4 lost that the steelers had...It was against the Jets(7-10)Browns(7-10),Pats(8-9) and Dolphins(9 - 8 )...Nobody said that we were as good that the eagles,Bills in the second half but the steelers were still much better that the first half....

Tomlin has been doing this since Ben tore his arm. The problem is not attempting long passes hurts the short passing game & the running game because the entire defense is in the box. And it goes directly against Tomlins own cliche "Don't live in your own fears".

It makes every players job on offense that much harder.

1) Wanna know why DJ sometimes doesn't look a short pass in the whole way dropping it because he's looking to run before the catch ? BECAUSE THE ENTIRE DEFENSE IS N THE BOX

That's a nine game stretch. You don't go nine weeks in the NFL playing in our division without playing good teams. The argument that the schedule was weak is silly.

Ben couldn't throw deep after his elbow injury....He was one of the worst passers in pass of 20 yards or more in 2020 and 2021....What more did you want Tomlin to do in this situation?

For 2019, the steelers had 30 turnovers in offense(one of the worst in the NFL), maybe it would have been better to be even more conservative than that...Same for the first half last year when they had 14 turnovers in 8 games and that they lost against 4 average or below average team in his 8 games

Last year's second half was the first time since 2019, we had at least a average offense, so they did some good thing, now they need to take the next step, which is to have more big play.
