I dont care because I dont put a ton a stock in playoffs wins. Its a single elimination tourney which in my opinion doesnt tell you anything about coaching. The organization seems to agree with me, why would the usher in the Kenny Pickett era and a new GM if they didnt think Tomlin was the right guy?

They are not sure if Pickett is a franchise QB. Tomlin is signed until 2024. He coaching weakness can be seen by his hires for OC and DC. Tomlin does not dare grant one on one detailed interviews that ask him what he thinks and why he did xzy, nor does he allow the Steelers to appear on documentary / drama spots shows such as HBO's Hard Knocks. Why? I say because he would be exposed as not knowing enough. His players take to social media though and spill internal beans, which often reflects poorly upon him.

The real problem is Art Rooney II. His social ways seem to trump what is good for the team and IMO prevent a change from being made. The " Rooney rule " owner would look really bad firing Tomlin.

If you didn’t know this, he will tell you once a day that Kenny sucks, Najee sucks and Tomlin sucks and you are a fool to believe we can win with them.

While he predicted 5 wins last year, he is much more accurate than those who predicted 11 wins last year because 4 is more than 2 in Joel’s world of math.

oh, and we are scared to fire Tomlin because he is Black. We had no problem firing our last 2 coaches… but Tomlin is privileged because Black is the new white.

I the context of judging coaching, which is the part you left out. A playoff win or a playoff loss doesnt tell you much about the coaching because its single elimination. When you are evaluating a coach you need to look at body of work.

Stop lying, I predicted we go 8-9 last year, the call was good. We got lucky in the first regular season game to win, otherwise if was a prefect call . Check the board archivers if you must. I noticed you are prone to lying when you read something you don't like. And your math is poor by the standards of a 7 year old.

If someone were to tell me that, my reaction would be the same. It is single elimination, i dont think playoff wins is a good way to measure coaching. You dont win in the league, make the playoffs and then suddenly forget how to win once the playoffs start.

We have new rules from Papillion ; I like them. He seems that he's going to give equal and fair treatment to everyone now. If someone keeps doing the things that your referring to, you know what to do. I'm trying to go by papillion new rules and go clean slate...and see what happens.
