But you don't win shootouts with the Bills. You play clean and force THEM to make mistakes.
I agree. But the Bills scored 20 or more in all of their past 7 games. And more than 30 in 4 of the last 7 games.

We can beat them. But it's got to be a very clean game. No turnovers. No special teams gaffes. Possessing the ball longer than them. Shortening the game. Harassing Allen. And scoring more than 20.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

Which sort of goes back to my point about how this team is not built to beat good teams.
I know.. but guess what? The Steelers defense leads the league in INT’s and Josh Allen has been serving them up like biscuits lately, especially in the red zone.

I think we could have made a game of it but we will never know. We have to take care of business early next year so we aren’t depending on Joe Flacco for help.

And Bills fans won’t know either so it’s something we can remind them of while we have no one to root for in the playoffs.

Whoever wins the Super Bowl this year is lucky they didn’t have to play us.

LOL, anyone can claim anything now since it will never be.

They would get a beatdown vs Buf or KC, and most likely Cin as well, but hey, why not live in a dream world. Sometimes it beats reality.

Flippy, I love your optimism. But I find this one highly unlikely, plus, if we did find a way to win, I bet you feel we beat KC as well. Not gonna happen; not this team, not this season.

Smiling and laughing even when you don’t feel like it tricks your brain into being happy and makes you healthier, live longer, etc.

So why not be positive and hopeful?

                Seems the most logical choice.

Tomlin should get a 10-year extension because we would have beaten Buffalo.

You know Tomlin would have played a clip for the team of Juju dancing on our logo and that would seal the deal

That must be what Rooney does every January...

We do not have the offense to keep up with the Bills, Bengals or Chiefs. Of course we could get turnovers and capitalize on them. But straight up we can't best these teams.
We need a cover corner to match up with Jamar Chase from the Bengals. We can't stop them. We already know how we match up against the Chiefs. The Bills pulled up in the 3rd Qtr and still embarrassed us.

Can we mount 15 play, 9 minute drives against those teams now?. I don't know but that's the only way our style of offense can match up against the Bengals, Bills or Chiefs. They can score in 2 minutes and they do so regularly. That is what we are looking at for the next 4 years.

                          This is true IMO.

Not easy to pull of these days though.
