Kenny is just getting started and he has won two clutch, must win games in the last two minutes. Does he remind you of anyone, Big Ben, Joe Montana? By next year, he will be even better. They made a good choice drafting Pickett.

Got to admit I liked winning ugly. Like being the more physical team. Liked running a bunch of traps. Old school fb. Perhaps more then anything else seeing KP8 improving has me optimistic compared to where we were 5-6 weeks ago.Comment

I was still on the fence but liking what I saw before this game. I still felt that way before our last possession. But two weeks in a row with everything on the line...and the way Pickett made just clutch plays...I'm now on the Kenny train as well.

I believe I was first to suggest Montana.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

That TD throw seemed pretty Ben like to me. Especially against the Rats.
Kind of shrugs off a guy while scrambling. Chucks it on the money without being set. Beautiful TD.
Keep'em coming.Comment

No doubt that was a clutch drive and a super clutch throw to win the game. Congrats to the Steelers and KP. I hate to be this dude but are we really comparing him to Montana again after a 55% 168 yard game? I mean I get the excitement about the win but come on.Trolls are people too.Comment

No, they're comparing his style of play in general, not Montana's success compared to Pickett's. Montana was good on the run, in the clutch, the moment never seemed too big and his arm strength was good enough, Pickett is showing all of that early in his career. They play similar styles, if someone was comparing him to Marino, I'd agree that's ludicrous but Montana is a good comparison from a style standpoint, imo.
