I do expect Mitch to be a cap casualty, and I think his contract was written in anticipation of that.
I think OT almost has to be the draft pick given the (supposed) talent on the board and anticipated draft slot. I believe that if you get 5 years under contract for a premier OT on a rookie deal, that's going to give you wiggle room with respect to cap over what you'd pay for a proven veteran. Moreover the team, too often, likes to go to the 2nd or 3rd tier FAs anyway.
