The Steelers are going to make a run

I hate to break it to those folks who want a top-2 or 3 pick, but the worst of the schedule is behind the Steelers and reinforcements are on the way. Watt, Kazee, and WJIII will bolster the defense. Getting Claypool out of the way will lead to more targets for Pickens, and Kenny's had two weeks to catch his breath after a brutal four game stretch of opponents.

Speaking of which, the schedule gets considerably lighter, too. NO coming off Monday Night to Pittsburgh off of a bye, roadies at craptastic Carolina, Indy, and Atlanta, a lousy Raiders team at the 'Sure (yeah, I said it), and closing out with a Cleveland team who will possibly be mailing it in and playing out the string in another non-playoff year. Cincy will be tough but their OL still can't protect Burrow and Chase will not play in the rematch. Advantage, Steelers.

Didn't mean to channel Flippy here, but I feel like we're going to be scoreboard watching after the next four games, and frankly, we should all be rooting for that. It would be much more enjoyable off-season thinking about a rookie QB who looked legit and the team only needing a piece or two to contend rather than running mock drafts that fill gaping holes at every position.

Who's with me? Let's do it!!!!!!!!!!!

Well for a fans point of view and the draft I'd rather go 5-12 than 7-10.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

Saints beat Ravens, Steelers thump Saints at home, setting up huge home night game with Cincy.

              Book it.

We are a one demensional offense; we can't run the ball on anybody. I highly doubt we run on the Saints. Thus, putting too much on KP.

Mark Andrews, Gus Edwards, and Rashod Bateman are all out for the Ravens so a Saints' victory is a distinct possibility.

but I'm not sure that we're capable of thumping anybody...

                    Are we even one-dimensional?

I didn't say they were winning the Super Bowl, but they'll get back in the North race.

LOL, Andy Dalton is not winning in the 'Sure.

                              3-6.
