There were times where Mitch could've run and he was still indecisive.. almost fumbled on one scoot for a first down.

I just don't understand what he is thinking at times.

My biggest concern is his throw 5 yards OOB to Pickens when he had a step on the defender.

Mitch is 30-21 as a starter and I hope that is final record as a starter. I was hoping the offense would show a little something but its time for the rook and let him either take his lumps or be great.

Gonna be the Debbie Downer here...

I am a Pitt Alum, I am puling for Kenny to be a great QB, but I don't see Kenny starting this year at all (barring injury).

Mike Tomlin is not a river boat gambler by any sense of the imagination. He will copy the Alex Smith - Patrick Mahomes model and will let Mitch groom him.

The only way it happens is if an injury occurs and Kenny comes in and lights it up.

Otherwise get use to Mitch Trubisky.

Stop them on 4th and goal. Need one first down to almost run out the clock. Nope. Three and out.

5 turnovers, lots of good field position. He take advantage of it. Nope.

If the Steelers needed an 85 yard drive & TD to win with 2:00 minutes; I’d give it a 3% chance with Mitch. Just doesn’t instill confidence at all.
When Mitch was in Chicago they had historic production on defense. I think the 2018 defense was ranked the best of the decade by PFF.

Dude is a game manager and they rarely won because Mitch put them on his back. I'm glad we pulled the win out and he didn't turn the ball over but it's Mason Rudolph football and might even be worse.

            Mitch is mobile Mason.

And this Defense is an improved version of our 2019 D.

And Kenny is Duck with an NFL arm and accuracy.

Mostly in spite of. Sorry, I know coach T and Batch said he played "winning football", but that's laughable. If a kicker makes a chippy or PAT, he didn't play winning football. I expect his PFF grade to be among the lowest.

If the O is struggling again next week and we haven't turned over the Pats a handful of times, the natives will begin to get restless.

The home crowd is going to get real disrespectful if Mitch plays like that next week.

And probably even if he plays OK.

That is why for the first time in my life I welcomed a loss. I knew Tomlin would see a win as a plus for Mitch no matter how bad he was.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

Right there with Burrow and his 4 INTs.
