60 points --- the Raiders v. Steelers....50th Anniversary of the Immaculate Reception Game was the Weekly High Score AND Buzz, Papillion, Starlifter and TheRealTazz864 enjoyed a great score as Pickett tossed a Game Winning TD to Pickens in the final minute!



However the bigger story may be that Ghost and Whatever moved into the TOP 2 spots as their Eagles v. Cowboys matchup earned 55 points!

Theirs was the only game with a 30 point kickoff bonus AND Gardner Minshew!



Looking ahead - Flippy and Lonbull will pick up a 25 point kickoff bonus that places Flippy BACK in the lead!! Ghost will be in Second and Lonbull and Whatever tied for third.....and the Top 4 MNF Execs will all be within 10 points of each other.

This is lining up to be a nailbiter of a season!

Ghost has the Vikings v. Packers game all to himself....we will be 5 points back at Kickoff, but could hit BIG all to himself.

Whatever has the Rams v. Chargers -- is hoping that Los Angeles means big points for him.

The Weekly High score ended up being the Steelers v. Ravens game which scored 60 points thanks to a Game Winning TD caught by Mr. Najee Harris!!



So -- SteelerofDeville, Pfelix73, Fordfixer each scored a total of 60 points for choosing this game.

MJG, Buzz, Flippy, Lonbull, TheRealTazz864 and ESPN picked up the Steelers v. Ravens game PLUS the 25 Bonus points they/we would have received from the Bills v. Bengals game -- so those Execs actually earned the Weekly High Score of 85 points.

Due to Covid I actually have a rule in place for this kind of thing:

If your game is cancelled (for any reason) I will transfer your choice in the following manner. First and foremost if you have Schedule Bonus Points (meaning points after Week 4 – for Winning percentages over .500) for your cancelled game – they will transfer no matter what. I will go in chorological order when picking the next game (except I’m skipping Thursday night games….they’re usually terrible). I will begin with Sunday 1:00 pm (EST), 4:00 (EST), Sunday Night Game and Finally the Monday Night Game. The first game that matches exactly with your Scheduled Bonus Points is the one you will receive – (even if it ends up being retroactive for some reason). If I cannot find an exact Match – you will still get your designated Scheduled Bonus Points, but will be given the Monday Night Football Game….(unless it’s cancelled and then you will be given the Sunday Night Game).

*** Even I was surprised that I had this in place. So in short there were no exact matches so scoring for the Bills v. Bengals game went to the Sunday Night Game......which happened to be a Steelers Victory.....so that's awesome!

And here's hoping Hamlin recovers -- had no idea he was from Pittsburgh until I heard Tomlin speak.



Looking ahead - the last week of MNF Exec is bringing PLENTY of drama!

Flippy who has battled for the lead in the past month will be hoping the Broncos and Chargers can provide some excitement and give him enough to retain the lead!

Lonbull (Yours Truly) has Chiefs v. Raiders game all to himself and is also hoping it's a close Divisional game that pushes me over the top at the end.

Kudos to SteelerofDeville who is the only Exec to grab the "Final Jeopardy" points.... as the Patriots are in a Win and you're in game. Keep in mind - thankfully they don't actually have to Win for SteelerofDeville to earn those points.....so here's hoping they lose!

And let's not forget the 2021 Champion - Whatever - who will be picking up 30 Bonus Points at kickoff and will get right back into striking distance.

Keep in mind your schedules still earn Playoff points for how many times you scheduled playoff teams....so even after this weeks games are over there are still a lot of possible outcomes!

I try to find games that others may not select so I have it to myself and I hate having to cheer for the Steelers to have a close game, the blowouts are easier on the heart. I actually thought they would win 10 or 11 games but Trubisky put a wrench in that prediction.

Congratulations to Flippy - who back in 2007 was our 2nd ever Champion - known as Flippinburghers - you are the 2022 MNF Exec. CHAMPION!

Flippy first took the lead in Week 3 and Week 4....but then fell back until returning to the top in Week 15.

He swapped punches through weeks 11 through 15 with former two-time Champion Ghost-- but eventually it was Flippy who took the Championship.

However 2021 Champion Whatever came very close to stealing the title - as he earned an All-Time High of 120 points with Playoff Schedule Points. His 2022 Schedule always had a least one Playoff team involved - but more importantly had 11 games featuring two playoff teams playing against each other!

In Week 18 Whatever had a 30 point Record Bonus -- while Flippy had zero bonus points at kickoff.

However at the end of Week 18 both Flippy and Whatever scored 45 points total.....and THAT was the difference in the final score and the Championship!

Week 18 belonged to SteelerofDeville as he had the Weekly High score of 75 points - primarily with the help of 55 Bonus Points for a Win and you're in game!

In closing - Thank you to all of you for playing. I certainly can appreciate that it's a humbling experience - but I always enjoy this group and seeing how this all plays out.

Also a special Thank You to Ghost - who scores the games every week with me and without him I know there would be numerous errors. As always my friend - thank you.
